Priscilla graduated from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania with a double major in history and political science, obtained her Para-Legal certification at Adelphi University, Long Island, New York and her law degree from Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. Ms. Chesky received the Abraham Kamberg Award for excellence in commercial law from WNEU in 1987.

Ms. Chesky’s concentrates in landlord/tenant law, real estate, litigation and probate. She represents several local Housing Authorities with an emphasis on regulatory, federalization, moving to work and fair housing issues. Priscilla also represents private landlords in eviction (summary process matters), civil actions, receiverships and discrimination matters.

A life-long resident of Holyoke, Priscilla is dedicated to this community and has served on numerous non-profit boards including Valley Health Systems (past Chair), Holyoke Medical Center (past Chair), Geriatric Authority of Holyoke, Forestdale Cemetery Association, Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce, City of Holyoke Zoning Board of Appeals (past Chair), City of Holyoke Fire Commission (past Chair). Priscilla is currently a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Holyoke (past Chair and meritorious service award winner) and is a Corporator of Peoples Bank. She was named Quota International, 2004 Career Woman of the Year. She resides in Holyoke with her family.
