William D. Fitzpatrick
Mr. Fitzpatrick, raised in Holyoke, is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School. After military service, he returned to Holyoke to start his practice. Mr. Fitzpatrick’s areas of practice include corporate law, estate planning and administration, real estate and taxation.
Mr. Fitzpatrick has served on the Holyoke School Committee; the Judicial Nominating Council, Western Region; the Board of Bar Overseers Disciplinary Hearing Committee, District Six; and the Providence Hospital Board of Trustees. He is a past President of the Holyoke Rotary Club.
Archer B. Battista
Mr. Battista is a graduate of Dickinson College in Pennsylvania and the Western New England University School of Law. A member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1977, he concentrates in civil litigation with emphasis upon real estate, housing and municipal government.
Mr. Battista is a leader in the organized bar, having served as President and currently as an ex officio Director of the Hampden County Bar Association. He has chaired several Bench/Bar Conference Committees in Western Massachusetts. He is a Fellow and Life Member of both the Massachusetts and the American Bar Foundations, has served as a trustee of the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, and he has been recognized as a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer” annually since 2007. He is actively engaged in the YMCA of Greater Springfield, Inc., where he serves on advisory committees for the Y’s Scantic Valley and Belchertown facilities and for the Y’s LiveStrong cancer recovery program. Mr. Battista is a volunteer history docent at the Springfield Museums, and he has also been recognized as an award-winning landscape photographer. An Air Force veteran, he served both as a command pilot and in a broad range of senior military management positions until his retirement from Reserve Service, with the grade of Colonel. Arch and his family make their home in Belchertown.
